I have just returned from the hearing and I have lots to share. I see that Sentencing Law and Policy has done a bang-up job of covering the hearing and providing access to testimony form the hearing. You can read Prof. Berman’s account here.

I have scanned and converted into pdf files the testimony of Rachel Barkow, a professor at NYU and the testimony of Alan Vinegard, former United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
